Creating question mapping

To minimize the number of invalid inputs, you can create question mapping for True/False or Options questions.
  1. Locate the required flow and click the Edit icon.
  2. On the top navigation bar, click the Question Mapping tab.
  3. To select the required question and channel, use the Question and Channel filters.
    STEP RESULT:
    Automation shows a list of all flow languages.
  4. Next to the required language, click the Edit icon .
    STEP RESULT:
    Automation displays a mapping editing area.
  5. In the Actions area, click the Edit icon next to the required option.
    STEP RESULT:
    Automation displays a value entry dialog box for the required option.
  6. In the value entry dialog box, add the value.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can add more variations by pressing Enter.
    For example, yes, yeah, and Y.
  7. To save the changes in the dialog box, click Save.
