Enabling a flow

You must enable a flow to make it available in Orchestration.
Before you begin
Ensure that you configured all the required settings for the flow. Mandatory settings are interactions, messages, and question mapping.
  1. In the navigation pane, click the Flows icon.
  2. In the Flows view, locate the required flow and select a check box.
  3. If Automation displays an error message with a list of items that you must complete, correct all the errors, and repeat the procedure.
  4. In the confirmation window, click Yes.
Result
Automation changes the flow status to Enabled.
