An Error Handler task is by default a part of all workflows. The Error Handler task can handle workflow errors in the tasks with error outputs.
To connect the Error Handler task with one of these tasks, configure an error path on the Error Handler tab of the respective task. The following table describes configuration options:

If you assume that an error does not have crucial impact on the further workflow execution, you can decide not to use the Error Handler task. Instead you can connect the error output of this task with a downstream task. For example, if an error occurs in a Error Handler task, you can choose to continue the workflow as if the contact center is in hours.
