Basic settings for a flow

The following table explains the basic settings of a flow such as what languages and channels are available to the customer.
Settings
Function
Name
The flow name. Use the name for identification and search.
Languages
Flow languages available for the customers. Select the languages required for a flow, but you must have translated messages for all the selected languages.
Channels
Available channels for interaction with customers.
The following channels are available:
  • Chat
  • Messaging
  • Voice
Default language
The default language for a multilingual flow. Choose the default language from the languages selected in the Languages field.
Toggle flow messages
Basic announcements available in the flow. These messages have a fixed position in the flow. You can enable the following announcements:
  • Welcome Message greets the customer at the beginning of a flow.
  • Goodbye Message informs the customer about the end of a flow.
  • Error Message announces an error.
  • Transfer Message announces a transfer to an agent.
