You can view a predefined default workflow for a channel before starting to use it. You can use default workflows immediately as they do not require any additional workflow configuration to start routing interactions.
On the Designer interface, click Open above the palette.

Orchestration opens the Open Workflow window.
In the Open Workflow window, click the Draft Workflows tab.
STEP RESULT:
Orchestration shows a list of draft workflows.
In the root folder, select the required default workflow and click Open.
