Configuring Workflows for Avaya Experience Platform Public Cloud
Configuring the basic settings
To start creating a flow, you must configure the basic settings and save the flow.
- At the top corner of the page, click
to add a new flow. - On the Basic tab, in the top section of the page, set up the basic settings as required.
- To save the changes, click
.
Result
When you finish completing the basic settings and saving the flow, Automation displays the flow in the list. You can continue editing the flow later.
