Prolog information
Use this functionality to control how alarms are raised for backup and restore, and get notified when there is no successful backup since a long time.
Earlier, the system raised an alarm, if you did not schedule a System Manager backup every 7 days. Now you can configure a threshold for raising a Major alarm when no successful System Manager backup is taken since the configured number of days. The default value is still 7.
To view the alarm, navigate to ServicesEventsAlarms screen.
The alarm message contains information on the number of days since the last successful System Manager backup.
No successful backup taken for System Manager in the last $1 days” where $1 would be replaced by the configured number of days.
