Agent List

Name
Description
Hostname
The host name of the server on which the serviceability agent runs.
IP Address
The IP address of the server on which the serviceability agent runs.
System Name
The system name of the server on which the serviceability agent runs.
System OID
The system OID of the server on which the serviceability agent runs.
Status
The enabled or disabled status of the serviceability agent. The system disables SNMPv3 and displays Inactive as the default status.
Button
Description
Activate
Activates one or more Serviceability Agent.
Manage Profiles
Manages the target profiles for the selected serviceability agents.
Generate Test Alarm
Generates test alarms from the System Manager web console for agents, hosts, or elements that are installed with Serviceability Agents
Repair Serviceability Agent
Repairs the serviceability agent.
Manage Profile Job Status
Manages the profile job for the serviceability agent.
Reset Table
When you perform the retry operation on the Manage Profile Job Status page, System Manager displays the list of failed agents on the Serviceability Agents page. If you need to clear the list of failed agent list and display all the available agents in the Agent List section, use the Reset Table button.
Advanced Search
The link to perform advance search. When you click on this link, System Manager displays the Criteria section.
Filter: Enable
The fields where you can set the filter criteria. Filter: Enable is a toggle button.
Filter: Disable
Hides the column filter fields. Filter: Disable is a toggle button.
Filter: Apply
Filters agents based on the filter criteria.
Select: All
Selects all agents in the table.
Select: None
Clears the selection for the agents that you select.
Refresh
Refreshes the agent information in the table.

Select Search Operator
The options are:
  • Equals
  • Not Equals
  • Starts with
  • Ends with
  • Contains
Enter Search to Text
Specify the search criteria.
Button
Description

Removes the additional search criteria fields.
This field is enabled when the additional search criteria fields are added.

Adds the additional search criteria fields.
Clear
Clears the search criteria.
Search
Performs the search for the specified search criteria
Close
Closes the Criteria section.
