During a digital interaction, you can send an attachment, such as a file, audio recording, or video. Your administrator can enable or disable sending attachments.
Procedure
Click to add an attachment.
For a chat or messaging interaction, do one of the following:
To send a file, click File.
To send a video, click Video Recording.
To send an audio recording, click Audio Recording.
This feature is available for the Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud voice channel.
You cannot record an audio or video clip during an email interaction.
