About this task

You need to download the latest version of firmware for Branch Gateway and media modules to your laptop.

Procedure

  1. Go to the Avaya support site.
  2. Select the latest version of the firmware image file for the hardware you are installing.
  3. Download the required firmware image file.
  4. Download the Communication Manager service pack that is required for the upgrade.
