You can connect a USB modem to the Branch Gateway to enable the configuration from a remote location.

If S8300 is installed in Branch Gateway, leave a modem connected permanently to enable reporting of alarms to remote locations.

Modem access is not supported if FIPS mode is enabled in the gateway.
