Configuring idle timeout

Last Updated : Jan 10, 2022 |
Prolog information
By default, the AWS environment sets the idle timeout for the Elastic load balancer to 60 seconds. Set this value to 150 seconds to provide Avaya Aura® Device Services enough time for cluster wide operations like generating certificates, collecting logs, and restarting services.
  1. On the Amazon Web Services Management console, navigate to Services EC2 Load Balancers.
  2. Select the created load balancer.
  3. On the Destination tab, click Edit idle timeout.
  4. In Idle timeout, enter 150.
  5. Click Save.
