After a failed or incomplete installation, app commands, such as app uninstall or app configure, do not work.
Cause
appis an alias commandthat provides a convenient wayto run commonly used application-specific commands. Avaya Aura® Device Services sets up aliases, including app, during installation. If the installation process fails,aliases are not set up properly, so you cannot use them.
Solution
Reinstall the Avaya Aura® Device Services application.
Log in to the Avaya Aura® Device Services CLI as an administrator.
Run the following commandsto uninstall Avaya Aura® Device Services:
