The Workspaces SSO Flow enables agents to use their organization credentials to log in to the Avaya Experience Platform™ (On-Prem + Connect) solutions, such as Avaya Workspaces, and use Avaya Aura® Device Services search APIs.
This flow does not use the Keycloak service embedded in Avaya Aura® Device Services. Instead, it leverages Identity and Access Management (IAM) service for authentication and authorization.
Avaya Aura® Device Services requires the following parameters for IAM configuration:

Client ID, which can be any unique identifier configured for this client.

Client Name, which is the name of the client configured on the IAM service.
For example, workspaces.

OIDC URL for IAM service, which is the discovery URL of the IAM service.
If the hostname of the OIDC URL is not accessible from Avaya Aura® Device Services, use the proxy server hostnames instead.
Ensure that the OIDC URL or proxy server hostname is accessible from Avaya Aura® Device Services.
Important:
Workspaces SSO integration does not require IAM client credentials. Therefore, you must type NA in the Client Secret field when creating a client mapping.
