Configuring virtual agent details

About this task

Configure virtual agent details for native integration with Google Dialogflow.

You can find details of all Google projects available for your Google account at https://console.cloud.google.com.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click the Virtual Agents icon.
  2. In the Virtual Agents view, locate the required virtual agent and click the Edit icon.
  3. Click the Virtual Agent Details tab.
  4. In the Project ID field, type the name of a GCP project.
  5. Optional In the Location field, type the location name.

    The default value is global.

  6. In the Automated Agent field, enter one of the following Agent ID formats:
    • <AgentID>, for example, f0e8263b-58eb-4422-9001-692c63103f63.

    • <AgentID>/environments/<EnvironmentID>, for example, f0e8263b-58eb-4422-9001-692c63103f63/environments/66be4c47-eff2-4247-9026-377cf2f079f7.

    The AgentID value sets the Google Dialogflow agent for the Conversation Profile.

  7. Optional In the Initial Intent ID field, type the Initial Intent ID.

    The default value is the default welcome intent ID, 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000.

  8. To add Google Dialogflow credentials, click Choose a credentials file and navigate to the file with a service account key.

    The file with a service account key in a .json file extension. Avaya or Google provides you with the file.

  9. Optional In the Optional parameters field, type additional parameters in the JSON format.

    For example, you can specify what voice a virtual agent uses. Ensure that the parameters do no duplicate the previously completed fields.

  10. To save the virtual agent, click one of the following:
    • Save Draft: To save the virtual agent as a draft.

    • Save Version: To save the virtual agent as a version.
