Unpublishing a virtual agent

About this task

Unpublish a virtual agent before editing or deleting a published virtual agent. If you unpublish a virtual agent that is currently in use in Orchestration, the Add Virtual Agent task triggering the virtual agent ends with an error output.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click the Virtual Agents icon.
  2. In the Virtual Agents view, locate the required virtual agent and click the Versions icon.
  3. In the Actions column of the required version, click the Unpublish icon.

Result

Automation removes the highlighting of the version.
