You can configure the Google Dialogflow bot to receive engagement identification from Automation. When designing a workflow, you can use the engagementID parameter to send the engagement identification to the Google Dialogflow bot. You can use the engagementID parameter in both the Digital and Voice (MPC) Google Dialogflow bots. In the bot design flow script section, you type the parameter as $session.params.avaya.engagementId.
