Deleting a virtual agent

About this task

Delete an unpublished virtual agent and all the associated versions of the virtual agent when you do not require it.

Ensure that you delete the correct virtual agent. You cannot restore a deleted virtual agent.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click the Virtual Agents icon.
  2. In the Virtual Agents view, in the Actions column for the required virtual agent, click the Confirm deletion icon.
  3. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.

Result

Automation deletes the virtual agent from the list of virtual agents in the Virtual Agents view.
