Editing a virtual agent

About this task

Edit a virtual agent to introduce the required changes in the configuration of the virtual agent. You can save changes as a draft copy or as a new version.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click the Virtual Agents icon.
  2. In the Virtual Agents view, locate the required virtual agent and click the Edit icon.
  3. Update the virtual agent as required.
  4. To save the virtual agent, click one of the following:

    • Save Draft: To save the virtual agent as a draft.

    • Save Version: To save the virtual agent as a version.
