Publishing a virtual agent

About this task

Publish a virtual agent to make it available in Orchestration. You can publish a virtual agent with at least one saved version. A virtual agent can have only one published version at a time. Orchestration automatically unpublishes the currently published version if you publish another version of a virtual agent.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click the Virtual Agents icon.
  2. In the Virtual Agents view, locate the required virtual agent and click the Versions icon.
  3. In the Actions column of the required version, click the Publish icon.

Result

Automation highlights the published version.
