Administering Recorder Information

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Avaya Contact Recorder interface as an administrator.
  2. Navigate to General Setup > Recorder.
  3. In IP Address on this server to use for recordings (RTP, screen content etc.), type the IP address of Avaya Contact Recorder.
