Configuring an agent in Avaya Control Manager

Procedure

  1. Log in to Avaya Control Manager.
  2. Click Users.
  3. Click the agent that you want to configure.
  4. Click the Avaya Oceana tab.
  5. In the POM instances field, select the instance that you configure on System Manager.
  6. In the Organization field, select the required organization.
  7. In the Zone field, select the required zone.
  8. Click Save.
