Administering Avaya Contact Recorder User for TSAPI

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Application Enablement Services interface as an administrator.
  2. In the left navigation pane, click User Management > User Admin > Add User.

    In the right pane, Application Enablement Services displays the Add User page.

  3. Enter values in the following fields:
    • User Id

    • Common Name

    • Surname

    • User Password

    • Confirm Password

  4. From the CT User drop-down list, select Yes.
  5. Retain the default value in the remaining fields.
  6. Click Apply.
