The customer interaction card leg title format is <Pacing Type> Campaign : <Campaign Name> or List as <List Name>

The customer interaction card is configurable by the DISPLAY_CONTACT_LIST_NAME parameter from properties.json file of pom-connector widget. The default value for this parameter is FALSE, which means the campaign name is displayed by default.

When the agent is in talking, on hold, and dialing state, then agent state is shown in leg title instead of campaign or list name. However, the leg title tooltip always shows the campaign name and list name.

The tooltip format is:

<Pacing Type> Campaign : <Campaign Name> , List : <List Name>
