Use this procedure to configure physical stations used by the POM agents. After the configuration, the stations can be used in outbound calls using Class of Restriction (COR).
Procedure
On the SAT session, in the Command terminal, type change station n, where n is the station extension.
Press Enter.
The Communication Manager system displays the change station screen.
In COR, type 1.
Caution:
Ensure that the Name field is populated with the name of the station. Otherwise, Avaya Contact Recorder reports an error and no recording is done.
