In Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud, you can create prompts to apply the following attributes to a historical report or dossier:

• Filtering conditions

• A custom group

• A metric

You can enter specific values in prompts so you can view data based on the specified values when you run a report or dossier. Additionally, you can use search objects in prompts. A search object searches and displays specific objects when you access a report or dossier.

In Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud, the different prompts are as follows:

• Hierarchy qualification prompt: Create a customized report filter using attributes and attribute elements from a specific hierarchy, the hierarchies in a project, or specific hierarchies returned by a search object.

• Attribute qualification prompt: Qualify on the ID, description, and other forms of an attribute.

• Attribute element list: Choose from a list of elements. You can use this prompt to create a filter that displays a specific list of attribute elements based on the condition defined in the filter.

• Metric qualification prompt: Determine how the report data is filtered based on one or more specific metrics.

• Object prompt: Select one or more objects, such as attributes, metrics, or filters, to include in a report.

• Value prompt: Select a single value, such as a date or a specific text string, and filter report data based on your selection.
