You can export a whole dossier or the first dossier page from the Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud interface to PDF. Using the export option, you can export report header or filter details. You can also edit the custom settings of your dossier.
Procedure
Log in to Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud.
On the Home page, in the navigation pane, click Shared Reports.
In the content pane, click Standard Historical Reports.
Click Dossier.
From the available dossiers, click the dossier you want to run.
On the input prompts, specify the values.
Click Run Dossier.
Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud displays the dossier summary page based on the values specified in the input prompts.
Depending on the duration for which you want to view the dossier, click Interval, Daily, or Monthly.
By default, the dossiers display the Interval page.
Click FILE > Export to PDF.
On the Export to PDF window, make the required changes, and click Export.
You can download the PDF to your local machine or take a printout.
