Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud enables you to use thresholds in real-time reports to identify the lower and upper end of the normal range for a measure. Using thresholds, you can get immediate information about any data based on a predefined criterion. You can also add thresholds to specify levels in between the lower and upper ends or assign different colors for measures below, within, or above the normal range to highlight data.

Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud offers the following options for setting thresholds:

• Visual: To create a simple threshold on metric values.

• Advanced: To create a threshold based on an attribute or metric qualification.

You can add a threshold to each measure in a real-time report.

For historical reports, you can also assign thresholds to more accurately manage your Service Level Agreements.
