Subscribing to a report

About this task

You can subscribe to any report to receive updated copies of that report in the chosen format.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud.
  2. Click Historical Reporting.
  3. On the Home page, in the navigation pane, click Shared Reports.
  4. In the content pane, click Standard Historical Reports.
  5. Click Reports.
  6. For reports based on interval data, click Interval.
  7. For reports based on daily roll-up data, click Daily.
  8. For reports based on monthly roll-up data, click Monthly.
  9. On the reports list page, under the name of the report for which you want to create a subscription, do one of the following:

    • In the Large Icons view, click the Subscriptions link below the icon of the report.

    • In the List, click the Subscriptions icon in the Actions column.

  10. Click Add <the type of the subscription> subscription.

    For information about the type of subscriptions, see Subscription of reports.

  11. In the Name field, type a name for the subscription.

    The Document field displays the name of the document.

  12. In the Schedule field, select a schedule from the drop-down list for the subscription.
  13. To add more recipients for the subscription, click To.
  14. Click OK.
