You can generate POM reports through the Experience Portal web console.
You can generate standard reports and custom reports. You can also schedule reports to be generated later.
Reports do not work when
POM is on high load. When
POM is on high load and you run reports, the following errors occur:
For standard and custom reports, reports do not run, and POM displays the following message: POM is currently on high load and cannot run reports. Please wait a few minutes and try again.
For schedule reports, reports are generated with no data, instead it contains the following message: POM is currently on high load and cannot run reports. Please wait a few minutes and try again.
Note:
If you use a separate database for reports, reports can run normally even if POM is running on high load.
