When Session Manager is redeployed with same IP and host name, the Cassandra database will be down. If Cassandra is started, it will terminate shortly thereafter.
Cause
Cassandra, on the redeployed Session Manager, generates a different host ID than it had before redeployment. The other Cassandra nodes do not let the Cassandra node running on Session Manager to join the cluster using the same IP address but different host ID.
