Prolog information
You can configure or edit console settings by clicking Preferences and then selecting the appropriate tabs.

Description
Appearance
Change the general appearance of the console application. For example, you can change font and colors used to indicate call status.
BLF groups
Create, edit, and delete Busy Lamp Field (BLF) groups. You can also rearrange the order of the groups.
Conferencing
Specify the names of conference rooms.
Directories
Specify whether directory information is included in the directory display or in the properties of individual entries.
Door Entry
Specify door names. You cannot control doors in console until you enter door names.
Incoming Calls
Optionally, provide a name match against an incoming call. You can use matching numbers to play a specific script or media file on calls.
Keyboard actions
Customize the default actions performed when you start typing text or a number.
Keyboard mapping
View and change keyboard shortcuts.
Park Slot
Specify the available slot buttons and the IDs associated with each button.
Queue mode
Configure and monitor up to eight hunt group queues.
SoftConsole
Configure how the console saves changes you make to the screen layout. You can also specify the console behavior when you close its window.
Instant Messaging
Configure support for instant messaging.
