You can open a controlled door without leaving your desk. For example, the telephone switch can be connected to a relay that controls the loading bay door. When someone requires access to the loading bay, you can unlock the door to allow entry.

Note that this option is not available until you configure a door name.

You can control up to 2 doors. The doors are released for 5 seconds by default.
