Transferring calls to voice mail

If the caller wants to leave a message, you can transfer the them direct to a user or group’s voice mail.

  1. Press F3 or click ActionsVoicemail Transfer.

  2. Select the directory required.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can also select the Show Hunt Groups and Show Users radio buttons.
  3. Start entering the name into the Name field.
  4. Click Voicemail when the extension number appears in the Number field.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can also select the extension number from the directory panel and then press F3.
