Adding or editing local directory entries

From the Incoming Calls tab, you can create new entries and edit the properties of existing local directory entries.
  1. Click .
  2. Select the Incoming Calls tab or select ToolsPreferencesIncoming Calls..
  3. To add a new entry, click Add.
  4. To edit an existing entry, select an entry and click Edit.
  5. In the Name field, enter or edit the name you want associated with the entry.
  6. In the Number field, enter the telephone number to dial when you select the directory entry. The number is also used for matching against incoming calls.
  7. In the Script File field, enter or browse for a script file name (.txt or .rtf file) to associate with the directory entry. When an incoming call matches the directory entry number, the script appears in the directory panel.
  8. In the Media File field, enter or browse for a media file name (.wav file) to associate with the directory entry. When an incoming call matches the directory entry number, the file is played by the console PC.
