Adding data to a dossier

About this task

You can add a data from your local machine or external database, depending on your user role.

Run the dossier.

On the dossier, click INSERT > Add Data > New Data.

Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud displays the Connect to Your Data page.
To import data from files on your local machine, do the following:
1. Click File from Disk.
2. On the Upload your files page, click Choose files.
3. Choose your files and click Open.
4. Optional To edit the data, click Prepare Data.
5. Click Finish.
Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud displays the Save As window.
To save the file in your desired location, in the Save in field, click the location.
Optional In the Name field, you can change the name of the file.
Optional In the Description field, enter the description for future reference.
Optional To create a new folder to save the file, click Create New Folder.
Click Save.

Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud displays the Start your analysis page.
Click Create Dossier.
Drag and drop the Attributes and Metrics to the side panel to create a new dossier.
