Metrics overview

Only an advanced user can create custom metrics to analyze data. These metrics are available to anyone if the advanced user saves them in a common access folder.

In Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud, metrics are the calculations performed on any data in the contact center database. You can view the results of these calculations as numeric values in your historical reports. You can define metrics as formulas or analytical calculations that can display a wide range of information, such as login and logout events for each agent, and the number of completed, abandoned, or unanswered interactions.

You can create calculated measures, which you can use to make compound calculations based on standard Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud measures.
