Scheduling a report

About this task

When you create a schedule for a report, Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud generates the report based on the schedule and saves it in the History List. You can create daily or monthly reports or reports for a specified interval.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud.
  2. Click Historical Reporting.
  3. On the Home page, in the navigation pane, click Shared Reports.
  4. In the content pane, click Standard Historical Reports.
  5. Click Reports.
  6. For the reports based on interval data, do the following:
    1. Click Interval.
    2. Click the report.
    3. In the parameter fields, specify the parameter values.
  7. For the reports based on daily roll-up data, do the following:
    1. Click Daily.
    2. Click the report.
    3. In the parameter fields, specify the parameter values.
  8. For the reports based on monthly roll-up data, do the following:
    1. Click Monthly.
    2. Click the report.
    3. In the parameter fields, specify the parameter values.
  9. Click Run Report.

    Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud displays the report summary page based on the values specified in the input prompts.

  10. Click the Hamburger icon and click Schedule Delivery to History List.
  11. In the Name field, type a name for the new report schedule.

    The Report field displays the name of the report.

  12. In the Schedule field, select a schedule or event on which the report must be delivered.

    For more information about the supported schedules, see the default list of schedules section in this document.

  13. To get the report delivered immediately after creating the subscription, select the Run subscription immediately check box.
  14. In Advanced Options, click the plus icon to do the following:
    1. To ensure that newer versions of the report overwrite previous versions on the History List page, select the The new scheduled report will overwrite older versions of itself check box.
    2. To specify a date after which the report delivery must stop, select the Do not deliver after check box and select the date from the calendar.
  15. To have a notification email sent to the sender after the report delivery, select the Send notification to email address check box.
  16. Click OK.
