Emailing a dossier

About this task

You can send a dossier to any pre-configured email address.

Note:

You can share a dossier only in editable mode.

Before you begin

Based on your requirements, ensure that you have the following privileges:

  • Email any dossier.

  • Send a dossier to the history list.

  • Send a link to the location of a dossier in the history list through an email.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud.
  2. On the Home page, in the navigation pane, click Shared Reports.
  3. In the content pane, click Standard Historical Reports.
  4. Click Dossier.
  5. On the dossier that you want to share, click Send Now.
  6. To locate the email address of the recipient, click To.

    Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud displays the list of recipients from your address list.

  7. Select the email address where you want to send the report.
  8. Click OK.
  9. In the Send field, select one of the following options to specify how to send the report:

    • Data in email: The email displays the dossier.

    • Data in email and to history list: The email displays the dossier and is also delivered to the History List page.

    • Data in email and to history list: The email displays the dossier with a link to the History List page.

    • Link to history list in email: The email includes a link to the History List page.

  10. In the Delivery Format field, select the PDF option.
  11. In the File Name field, type a descriptive file name for the dossier.
  12. In the Subject field, type a description for the dossier.
  13. In the Message field, type the message to be emailed along with the dossier.
  14. To include the dossier in a zip file, do the following:
    1. Expand Advanced Options.
    2. To protect the zip file, select the Password Protect Zip File check box and provide a password.
    3. Type a password for the zip file.
    4. In the Zip File Name field, type the name for the zip file.
  15. Click OK.

    Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud sends the dossier to the specified email address.
