A callable service gets the 404 error when sends an INVITE to Session Manager to add a participant to a one-party call. The callable service get this error because it sends the original Request URI in the INVITE.
The callable service number might be associated with a Session Manager application sequence.
Solution
Associate the callable service number with a route pattern.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The callable service number must be associated with a route pattern even if the service profile is configured with both Call Intercept and Call Services features.
