Name
Description
Troubleshooting procedure
Name
The name of the Avaya Breeze® platform server. Click the Name to navigate to the Avaya Breeze® platform Instance Editor page.
Cluster Name
The name of the cluster to which the Avaya Breeze® platform server belongs.
Service Install Status
The status of the installed services.
  • Green checkmark indicates all services have been installed.
  • Exclamation indicates the service is in the process of installing or uninstalling.
  • Error indicates a service has not downloaded properly or is not installed.
Under Details, click Show and then click on the icon under Service Install Status.
Tests pass
Maintenance test result.
Green checkmark indicates the test or tests passed. Error indicates a test failed. Click the Green checkmark or Error to navigate to the Maintenance Tests page.

Alarms
The number of alarms raised for the Avaya Breeze® platform server. This value is in the format <critical + major alarm count>/<minor alarm count>/<warning alarm count>.

System State
The current state of the Avaya Breeze® platform server. The system states are:
  • Accepting
  • Denying
Security Module
The state of the Security Module. The states are Up and Down.

Activity
The sum of active Call, HTTP, and other custom defined sessions of all the snap-ins installed on the Avaya Breeze® platform server.
License mode
The license mode of the Avaya Breeze® platform server. It is mandatory that all the Avaya Breeze® platform servers be in compliance with the license file, including the major release and the total number of Avaya Breeze® platform servers.
The possible license modes are:
  • Green checkmark License Normal Mode: A valid license file is installed. License errors are not found. The complete functionality is present for the Avaya Breeze® platform instance.
  • Exclamation License Error Mode: A license error is displayed in this mode. The Avaya Breeze® platform instance is in a 30 day grace period during this mode. Complete functionality is available during the grace period. The system displays the warning icon along with the date and time of the grace period expiration in the License Mode column.
  • Error License Restricted Mode: The Avaya Breeze® platform instance goes in to the restricted mode after the 30 day grace period expires. The Avaya Breeze® platform server goes in to the Deny New Service mode. The server automatically returns to service when the server returns to the License Normal mode.

Overload Status
The overload status of the Avaya Breeze® platform server.
  • Green checkmarkindicates that the server is not in an overloaded state.
  • Error indicates that the server is in an overloaded state.

Version
The version of the Avaya Breeze® platform software that is installed on the Avaya Breeze® platform server.

Last Reboot Status
The status of the last cluster restart operation.
