Troubleshooting Avaya Breeze® platform service failures

Prolog information
The Avaya Breeze® platform watchdog service cannot start the service specified in the alarm message. The alarm might be temporary. If the alarm is not temporary, you might need to restart the Avaya Breeze® platform server.
Note:
The Avaya Breeze® platform instance cannot process calls during a restart operation.
Before you begin
Verify the Avaya Breeze® platform server configuration for the failed service.
  1. Establish an SSH session with the Avaya Breeze® platform server.
  2. Run the following command to view the running services: statapp
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The statapp command results do not display all the monitored services.
  3. Using root privileges, run the following command to verify if the service is running: /sbin/systemctl status <failed service name>
  4. If the service is not running, run the following command to start the service: start -s <failed service name>
  5. If the problem persists, restart the Avaya Breeze® platform server.
