On the Avaya Breeze® platformServer Administration page, check if a Avaya Breeze® platform instance has — listed in the Version column instead of the correct version.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
If the system displays the correct version for all the Avaya Breeze® platform instances, manually clear the alarm.
Establish an SSH session with the Avaya Breeze® platform instance that did not have a version displayed in the Server Administration page.
Check if this Avaya Breeze® platform instance is up and running.
If the Avaya Breeze® platform instance is down, Power On the Avaya Breeze® platform server.
If the Avaya Breeze® platform instance is running, type the statapp command to determine whether the management service is running. The status of the management instance should display UP.
If the application is not running, type the start —s mgmt command to start the management service.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Wait until the status changes to UP.
After the status of the application status is UP, go to the Server Administration page. Check if the page displays the version of the Avaya Breeze® platform instance.
If the Avaya Breeze® platform version remains unchanged, login to the System Manager shell.
Ping the Avaya Breeze® platform server to check if you can reach the server from System Manager.
If you cannot reach the Avaya Breeze® platform server from System Manager, fix the network connectivity.
After the network connectivity is restored, go to the Avaya Breeze® platformServer Administration page, and check if the page displays the correct Avaya Breeze® platform version.
