Solution
In System Manager, click ElementsAvaya Breeze®.
Click Cluster Administration and click Show on the cluster that displays the number of accepting nodes lesser than the total number of nodes available in the cluster.
Verify the state of the remaining nodes in the cluster if the remaining nodes are not under scheduled maintenance.
If the status displayed is --- for multiple fields on the dashboard for a given node then verify node connectivity, network connectivity and power state using vSphere. To troubleshoot these issues, see Network configuration error..
If the status displayed is --- for only the Security Module for a given node – run the maintenance tests to verify failure, check network connectivity for this interface using vSphere. To troubleshoot these issues, see Running maintenance tests and Security Module failure.
If the Server State is Denying for a particular node and the node is not undergoing scheduled maintenance, verify that all maintenance tests pass, replication is green, the data grid is up and the overload status is green before releasing into service.
