Cause
When Avaya Breeze® platform gets an initial invite without SDP from Communication Manager, the add participant operation in snap-ins fails. This happens only when Communication Manager is enabled with media encryption over IP.
Solution
- Log in to the Communication Manager SAT interface.
- Type the change system-parameters features command.
STEP RESULT:
The system displays the FEATURE-RELATED SYSTEM PARAMETERS screen.
- In the Initial INVITE with SDP for secure calls field, type y.
