You can define a hidden Wi-Fi network in your phone configuration and connect your phone to the network. Use the settings file or the web interface to define the hidden Wi-Fi network configuration.
The phone reboots when you toggle between networks.
Before you begin
Enable the option to connect to a hidden Wi-Fi network and ensure that you have configured only one hidden Wi-Fi network.
On the phone, go to Main MenuAdministration.
Scroll to Wi-Fi Networks.
STEP RESULT:
The phone scans and displays the available Wi-Fi networks.
Scroll down the list of Wi-Fi networks and select Add network.
Press the Add soft key.
STEP RESULT:
The phone displays the Add WiFi Network window.
Enter the network details in the following fields:
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
SSID: Enter the hidden Wi-Fi network name.
Security: Toggle to choose your preferred security method.
Password: Enter the password.
Select Add network and press the Connect soft key.
STEP RESULT:
The phone adds and connects to the hidden Wi-Fi network.
