You can use the Administration menu to locally configure a phone. The Admin soft key is available on the phone UI during the reboot and on the login screen.
When a phone user is logged on, you can access the Administration menu from the Main Menu.

When changed, few parameters require an immediate phone reboot or a reboot after exiting the Administration menu. The phone displays a notification when configuring the parameters requiring a phone reboot.
