View the phone update and upgrade statuses to determine whether the phone has the latest settings file and software.
  1. Press Main MenuAdministration.
  2. In the Access code field, enter the administration menu password and press Enter.
  3. Scroll to Update info and press Select.
  4. Scroll to Status and press Select.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Status screen displays the following options:
    • Last update: The date and time stamp for the last settings file update.
    • Next update: The date and time stamp for the next scheduled settings file update.
    • Last upgrade: The date and time stamp for the last software upgrade.
  5. Optional: To return to the previous menu, press Back.
