Use 46xxsettings.txt file to configure the following parameters:

ENABLE_CALL_LOG
Determines whether call logging and associated menus are available on the phone.
Note:
Set this parameter to 0 to keep the user’s data private before the user can access the phone.
ENABLE_SUMMARIZED_CALL_LOG
Specifies whether the phone displays the summarized calls on the Recents application.
The options are:
LOGUNSEEN
Specifies whether the phone logs the incoming calls that did not notify on the phone as missed calls.
The options are:
EDIT_DIALING_FROM_CALL_LOG
Specifies whether the user can edit dial for the calls initiated from the Recents application. If you enable the option to edit dial, when the user calls from the Recents screen, the phone does not dial the phone number. The phone auto-enters the phone number into the manual dialing screen for the user to edit the number if required.
The options are:
SOFTKEY_CONFIGURATION
Specifies which feature shows on which soft key on the Avaya J129 IP Phone screen.
The options are:
0 = Redial
1 = Contacts
2 = Emergency
3 = Recents
4 = Voicemail
Note:
Open SIP environment does not support emergency calls.
LOG_DIALED_DIGITS
Specifies if the call log records the user dialed digits or information about a remote party when the user dials a FAC code.
The FAC code is identified by * or # entered as a first character.
