You can configure audible and visual alerts for incoming calls associated with the Team button using the web interface.
  1. Log in to the web interface with your username and password.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Settings.
  3. Expand the Alerting on calls tab.
  4. From the Team button incoming call indication field, select one of the following:
    • None
    • Audible (Default)
    • Visual
    • Both
    • Force none
    • Force audible
    • Force visual
    • Force both
  5. Click Save.
